Flo on the carpet

I love how this woman is wearing next to no make up, but I bet she got more double takes than all the other painted peacocks walking this carpet

Sarah Moon

I cannot believe that I have only just become aware of this woman. Born in France 1941, Sarah Moon started out working as a model in London and Paris, until one day her photographer didn't show. So what did she do, did she hang around there waiting for him? Oh no. She put the camera on a try-pod and she did the shoot herself, and lets just say, after that she didn't leave the fate of her photographs in any hands other than her own. And when ones hands can create such work as this, then why the hell would you want to use any others?

Classique

Not often do perfume adverts get to me, but this one really makes me want to buy the perfume. I want to own the bottle for one thing, but apart from that I think the muted colours and the demure but sexy appearance of the corset epitomise what I am attracted to in terms of fashion and clothing...
I get paid next week.

Eliot Hazel

I just came across this photographer. I'm so pleased to finally find a photographer who creates whimsical, dream like and rather surreal images which are thought provoking and impacting. Beautiful to look at, but not without substance.

Top of the X-mas wish list

Now I don't normally post pictures of fashion and clothing etc, not in the commercial sense anyway. However I've just been on the Topshop website and fallen for these 'looks'. Oh what I wouldn't give to be able to afford even one item of clothing in these pictures.

yes I am VERY skint a.t.m.

Topshop's Christmas present

Wardrobe envy much? On another note- HOW MUCH DOES THAT GIRL LOOK LIKE GEORGIA JAGGER! it's the same girl as below by the way - the teeth still remind me of that advert for gum disease however.

Ashley Smith by Sharif Hamza for Vogue Russia December 2010

On first glance these photos appear to be from your not so average but none the less standard vogue photo shoot, however when you look closer you notice there's something sinister about them.
Maybe its the Gothic horror feel to the wallpaper and clothes, or the sheer look of contempt in that models eyes. Or maybe its simply the great gaping hole she has in between her teeth. There's nothing more terrifying than realizing that an appearance has deceived you.

A world where your average house is the size of an egg cup,
if you go down to the woods today...

Cinderella didn't need the prince after all

The only time a TV advert is acceptable is when it is as well made and beautiful to watch as this one. GHD I applaud you.

Alexander McQueen. Need I say more?

Its not often that a famous persons death much bothers me, but this man. It genuinely saddens me. Many people owe much to him for the inspiration he provided them with. Me being one of them.
